SIEL Chemical is a latest technology plant, to maintain and to achieve maximum capacity utilization throughout is the key to learn and implementation through out the tenure. We are enjoying the working with entire team provided training sessions to associates.

Dislikes

Working with SIEL during last four years, there was not a lot to discuss as dislike except one or two things viz: annual hike in perks and new technological upgradation of the plant up to some extent.

Likes

Culture of DCM group is brilliant. Cooperation of Managers, Team members as well as workers union is respectable. Job Satisfaction and Security is upto the level.

Career Development programs is very less. Management likes to work on traditional approach.

Shift Arrangement is very poor, Maintenance of plant is in drastic condition and even bypassing of safety is preferred. Contractualization of higher management is dragging the company backward.
