Compensation is almost good, in aspects of work culture, management & company policies this is worst company ever I have worked in last 12 years.

Except compensation ni thing is to be liked there specially work profile in SCM supervisor to Manager everybody doing same duty just like a supervisor

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is medium.The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day.

Likes

Leaves no. Of leaves were low but you can take them any time you want, you don't have to report anyone.

Dislikes

No skill development nothing. Working hours are too much ( 12 hour shift 8 hour + 4 hour overtime ) Permanent. Not well system of work just do the work not understanding how it will happen.

WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT WORKING AT SIEGWERK (P) LTD. WORKING TOGETHER AS A TEAM. THE SIEGWERK FAMILY IS A REAL FAMILY. ONE WHO DOES NOT WANT TO LEAVE.

DO YOU LIKE WORKING IN SIEGWERK INDIA (P) LTG. THE LOWER LEVEL WORKERS DO NOT HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO MOVE AHED. EVEN IF THEIR STAFF IS LESS EDUCATED THAN, L.E. THEY HAVE ADEGREE BUT IT IS NOT GOOD TO STUDY. THOSE PEOPLE MOVE AHEAD.

Nothing is good in this company, IT has the worst management. Not a single product is industry-grade, none of the IT management are from an IT background. The person who makes decisions regarding IT products knows nothing about IT. Brainless development without adding any value. HR doesn't care about the concerns of employees they are busy saving their bosses Keep it as a last option.
