The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Leaves no. Of leaves were low but you can take them any time you want, you don't have to report anyone.

Dislikes

No skill development nothing. Working hours are too much ( 12 hour shift 8 hour + 4 hour overtime ) Permanent. Not well system of work just do the work not understanding how it will happen.

Nothing is good in this company, IT has the worst management. Not a single product is industry-grade, none of the IT management are from an IT background. The person who makes decisions regarding IT products knows nothing about IT. Brainless development without adding any value. HR doesn't care about the concerns of employees they are busy saving their bosses Keep it as a last option.
