Apart from likes, everything is horrible and worst managers. No proper increments they will skip increments for continously 3 years. Not suitable for professionals.

No job Security in this company you will be at stake all the time, but managers are quite good and supportive, Since I am not at the HO (Coimbatore) location, Work culture is good because of the managers, management never ask you about anything but it will always come from your next level manager. You have the freedom to work, management is a little harsh but your managers will keep that cover to take those on them, salary compensation is decent, but the management understanding is that you perform just after your joining, or else there will be security issues with your job, deductions in the salary around 30% in COVID and lockdown situation, Salary slips not provided to anyone,

Team mates are good, training will be on field, No Job security, career growth is less, Increment not given from last 3-4 years, travel policy is bad they give per Km but the amount for Per KM is so less that you need to put that from your pocket, freedom in work environment. work - life balance is average, HR policies are horrible, they won't provide SL or PL or EL kind of things, Salary slip will never be provided,
