Nothing much.. if you are going to join this organisation, first thing you should keep in mind is that anytime you can get terminated, you should have a mindset that you are going to work only for few months,

... working for the company, no one cares about your health, worst shift timings i.e, early morning, midnight and morning shifts, you wont get paid enough and no proper salary hike is there, apart from copy paste and shouting in calls, you won't get a chance to learn anything, they will pay you lower salary than a daily wage worker and will make you work more than a daily wage worker,that's the reason people leave the process regularly, and company always keeps hiring(trapping) new people, people with 0 knowlege are TLs, managers and assistant managers in this organisation, who steal the credit of our work and will terminate you anytime, and this company says they provide pure and natural dairy products but they mix capsules and preservatives in their products which can't be proved in testings,, work stress will be heavier, recently one employe of this company met with an accident and passed away, till date his family dint receive any insurance or amount from the organisation, company don't want to spend amount in anything but expects lot of income in return,, worst organisation, please don't spoil your health and mind, for this low paying jobs, even swiggy or Zomato delivery boy job is better than working here... Finally one example if you die working in the organisation they won't even call your family thinking that it will cost them money.. be cautious!!

No likes. But one good thing about Sid's Farm is that they provide salary on time.

Dislikes

Men and women are not equally treated. And they treat executives like labour. They show a lot of partiality. Management don't respond well to employees if they have any concerns or any issues. Lot of politics in and out. Work-life balance is very poor. People working in city office have good perks compared to people who are working at the manufacturing plant. I won't recommend anyone working here if you need mental peace.

In my opinion it is waste of time to join sidsfarm... they won't see you how much hard work your are doing simply they will target during the time of interview they would say that 8 hours shift but after joining by 1 week you used to at 10to 12 hours there is no over time pay and if we come by late by 10 mins also the security won't allow us to join we will absent for that day and we used to on that ...by joining Sid's farm this is the worst experience I feel regret by y I joined Sid's farm and used I simply wasted my 7 months of life in Sid's farm in offer letter they used to mention that 2500 per month the insurance will be cut and it will cut by every month if cause any health issue they won't give money also the finance department is worst one they won't follow anything they won't give after approval also they used to say 100 's of reason In this company if you want to work you have to go jst as a relative of managers of someone so you will be secured ..

This is good company for earning money based on your performance and you learn more skills about work and many life lessons here... I worked on procurement department, I'm satisfied with my work... thank you sidsfarm 😊

I just feel uncomfortable about that atmosphere, and different kinds of people there it's okay to survive with them but be careful with each person you worked with those. Always be planned about your future.

Some leaders in the SLT play politics which inturn impacting overall performance of teams, and synergies are not working. Every vertical are working in SILOS and have their own agenda instead of one common goal.
