Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Nothing. No Proper management.

Dislikes

1. Very bad staff, they insult and treat you as you're slave. 2. Only one HR in the company and he only talks to female employees more. He doesn't gives shit to employees problems. Only comes and ask why we are late and why are we taking leaves. 3. Operational team's lead has no idea what is going on in the project he just attends the meetings and ask you what are you doing. 4. People are hired without checking if they have degree or not. 5. Literally people are BA,12th pass, BBA and from any field. And they compare their self with the engineers. 6. No work life balance, COO doesn't care what is going on or doesn't even check with new employees 7. Strict working hours. No freedom to take work from home
