Siddhartha Group of Institution has very good location and ambiance for working. The Principal of Pharmacy College regulates the pressure evenly to all the staffs. No overload of work. Salary is okay for candidates with 3-4 years of experience without PhD, but with PhD you should not expect a handsome salary. The Director is young and hence is a bit immature and inexperienced. He has a very mercurial temperament and pays heed to useless talk more than the performance of the candidates. Also there are 3-4 boot lickers in the organization who will always backbite you and speak ill of you so that your image remains spoiled. If you are there keep mum and never speak about the management. Don't expect a good hike.

No good hike in spite of excellent performance. Faculties here are good and supportive except 2-3 boot lickers. Job security-don't ask, if you say yes to boss you will stay. Do as they say or get off. Internal politics - don't worry : people other than the backbiters are very good. no innovation. work life balance is good.
