Dislikes

Fewer facilities for stuff - no cafeteria, no medical policies for stuff, no parking for lower designated stuff. 24X7 Work pressure. The office location is very poor.

Great MD & Management.. Sanjay Sir vision was the biggest thing to learn. Other departments are very good..

Dislikes

Promotion & Salary was never as per the efforts. Purchase Department Environment wasn't good. Office Politics is the worst here.

Only owner is good persons he loves to employee ,he helps to employee in bad situation

Donot work for long term ,not develop personal skill, top management person personalise ragging to junior person like servant ,grouping religion wise,work environment so bad ,suppose i am head boos up person so all quality employee will be rejected only select his brother,sister,his empire family ,

I've got the opportunity to work with Siddha, this means a lot to me. Even in Covid period the company has given us support and always helped us to innovate new policies to work in crisis. I'm happy to be a part of Siddha Group.

Dislikes

I'm little slow in being perfect, so company asks us to be more prompt in taking decisions for executing the work. Sometimes I feel bad that even after implying all the hard work, but it is not recognised.

The higher Department's behavior very polite.

Dislikes

Very very much politics. The Customer Care team are worthless. HR head is very rude and rough. Continue she does conspiracy against the employees. The management doesn't take any action against her.
