community based college, only lingayut community people are recommended and given high salary and higher position, In lingayut candidate they seek only qualification to fulfill AICTE NORMS they never bother of skills or knowledge ,etc... required for certain job. even though lingayut candidate doesn't have required skills for job ,that job will be given to them . and all lingayut employees are given permanent employment and new employees are tortured by lingayut permanent employees. salary/appraisal or Higher position is given only for lingayut employees overall If new employee belongs to other community he will never be given permanent employment or higher position according to his/her qualification and he/she has to undergo heavy torture given by permanent lingayut employees to survive in the institution. finally , It's of no use for other community people to join that institution neither they learn some skills ,nor they give better salary/hike/position simply he /she has to undergo torture given by lingayut people who have got permanent offers I am sharing my own experience and others opinion who are known to me that's all. This is only for awareness so that others should not suffer simply joining like me.

Dislikes

The management does not want to spend money yet it expects that the Institution should flourish. It was a great Institution long long ago but not any more. Those at the helm of affairs now though underqualified are bothered only about strengthening their seats by indulging in cheap politics and sacrificing quality to the brim.
