Over all great Experience little up & down is part of life. Good supporting bosses have learn a lot from them . Always pushing each and every member of the team for their point of view always motivates to try and learn new skills .newer felt left out.

The best thing is all the management team are always approachable and ready to help in any tough situation either it's personal or professional.i never felt them as typical boss they are very close to every employee.

Some policies I don't like but it's ok.

I liked the team and the corporate chef Vinod Garde, Apurva and Pradeep Nair. They have been the motivation for me to work with the company for a year.
