You are closely working with Top management, if situation demands CTO would also step in to fix your technical problems 3. Good work environment and you will be provided with good laptop 4.Cafeteria - You no need to worry about food preparation for yourself and bringing , company will provide good quality of Basic food to all employees both lunch and dinner - This is really a big surprise ,nowadays mostly other companies would not 5.WFH/WFO/ Hybrid - depends on your work/client/mangers - focusing mainly on deliverables without fail --Madhu M

No Major things. 1 . Need to improve CMMI level 2. Need to improve infrastructure 3. too much employee friendly - company is giving ID cards and finger print access, employees only carrying ID cards and keeping in pockets.

Politics of the C-Level Management is very evident and many things because of this is affected downward. Unnecessary stress is given and build up. Not a great company to associate with.

The company's policies, employee coordination, and management are terrible. The high attrition rate is only going to get worse due to the toxic work culture and lack of proper processes. Politics runs everything here, just like anywhere else, destroying employee growth. Honestly, the list of issues is endless—it’s a complete mess. There will be always hiring going to happen because lot of employees understand the situation and move out in short time.

Everything is good except the current AVP who doesn't know anything and I don't know how he has been hired by the company with zero knowledge and doesn't even know how to speak a proper English.

Worst ever working environment and does not appreciate or encourage employees on their achievements. Their Finance department takes all major decisions like employees hire and fire decisions instead of the CEO.
