Job Security is based upon our Attitude and Behaviour, Work Culture is hard to say , teammates are supportive, No Ethics followed , Indian Management although its a French MNC , No Transparency in policies

Dislikes

...ics , No Systems in place although its an ISO ,NABL ACCREDITED , 14001 company . Salary growth is not upto the mark . No proper Safety measures are followed-min 3 accidents happens every Year.
