...n where working nature is good being a sales executive its challenging to work. Come to Payment is extremely good they maintaining time to time in terms of salary as well as expenses reimbursement over all its a good organization for experience candidates.

As per as my concern. Plan implementation is not good

This company is run by accounts people. Sales people have no say at all. Sales as well as purchase is 100% by acounts department.

Dislikes

Compensation is not every thing. One need subordinates and as far as seniors is concerned they should go in shoulder to shoulder and not face to face.

I never seen such a great company in my career, all are excellant professionals except some few unprofessionals

Only Some unprofessionals/fake experience are added in the company because of those people the comapnay morethan 50 years image, respect, goodwill gone in the market, chairman should involve, then only the comapny will survive

Everything we can say. Mental pressure,no strict time hr will say office timing from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm but they forced to work upto 7 pm. No perks, no skill development. Job politics, senior will target the juniors to complete the work. They completely blame the juniors. Don't sellect the company simply waste of time

Good environment for work, you can learn more things and visit more places in India because it's a trading and services provider company there you will get the opportunity to interact with the new people.

Dislikes

There are fewer salaries and they are not given good increments, insensitive whereas your work hard.
