Forget about long-term plans in this industry; there's absolutely no job security, and you might find yourself out of a job tomorrow due to some illogical and foolish reason. The unfavorable work-life balance is worse by the fact that a select few departments, generously equipped with resources, finish their work swiftly (lol), creating a sharp contrast with other departments that struggle with significantly fewer resources, leading to long workdays where even short breaks require explanation. Initially, you'll receive a small raise, creating the illusion that the company will recognize your contributions and offer promotions down the line. However, this often proves to be a false hope, and instead of advancement, you might find yourself unexpectedly terminated.

They will fire you but not let you know that they are planning to fire you, at time of joining they say for girls atmosphere is very safe, they are handy but they only provide cab services to those who are in organisation for more than 7 years not to needy and even they do discrimination between merchants and other staff. Even they keep track of yours wifi usuage your internet usage.

Dislikes

Seniors always reminds you that you are not made for top positions because can answer their all questions, moreover like in school teachers used to create fear about principal they create same about the CEO. Please don't join if you want you're career oriented.

Totally sitting job. Organizations timing is 9:45 to 6:00 but for accounts deptt. It mostly extends to 7, 8 or even 9, with no overtime & fooding.
