You will get to have end to end ownership of work, and multiple opportunities to interact with client, understand the business problem and apply appropriate methods to solve the same.

Dislikes

The work environment is terrible, with politics and not the quality of your work determining your career growth. The CEO of the company is a self obsessed trigger happy person, who simply does not know how to treat his subordinates. His behavior is what makes the office a toxic place. No PF, insurance, cafeteria benefits are provided.
