It's a full package to work at SI2 Technologies pvt ltd as it provides good life balance between work and personal life. Job security is there along with lots of opportunities to upgrade our technical skills thus providing opportunities to grow in the career. Company is process driven, not people driven. Lots of fun activities are organised time to time to have good bonding between team members. Si2 is growing organization and should expand their vision beyond. Dependencies on single client is what made me leave this company. I would have continued this job if Si2 has more Client with different SAP projects.
