5 day working culture, salary in time

Worst management, they pretend to hear employees, but mid and senior level managers are the real bugs, dirty politics, favoritism, no promotions and appraisals at junior level, promote only shoe lickers, bad mental pressures, least employee engagement, very bad investor in market, HR do not bother to take feedback anonymously.

Absolutely nothing! BEWARE BEFORE JOINING. YOUR LIFE IS GONA SUCK HERE! The top management is the worst you can ever see. Ruthless and micro management done. Its not the employes that matter there. Its only the numbers they are concerned with. Upper management sitting in delhi consist of donkeys ruling over people. THERE IS NO APPRECIATION FOR YOUR WORK. ONLY WHO CAN butter up few people OF THE MANAGEMENT ,STAYS HERE because they have no where else to go. EVERYONE IN THE UPPER MANAGEMENT WILL MAKE YOUR LIFE HELL HERE. THIS OFFICE has everything. Patriarchal mindest anti female policies body shaming jokes and other evils. They hire anyone, so if you have like 30 percent in your 10 th 12 th or not evn a graduate...you might get a job here easily. People complain about each other and get thier ways. Not a job for ambitious people and who wana grow in their career. No harmony in the work culture hence how much work you do gets nullified. Hr unhelpful. There is no where to go if you have any problem or concerns. Not to forget in case you are preganant the company instead of giving you maternity leave ,they will throw you out of the company. Not even following the legal regulations given by the government.

...n convenient to them. They promote you without pay. No benefits of working hard. Zero appreciation and minimal salary. Not a place for ambitious and people who want growth in life. Even though its a place where majority of the employs are women, its the most anti women places, colleagues men shout of you even if you are at the same level to them. Patriarchal mindset and anti women policies. Not to forget dating culture in the offices itself. People date amongst themselves in the office. There is a group divide for everythng. If you are not a part of the group , your life is hell coz . Nor will you undersatnd thier petty jokes nor laugh on them. My manager made my life hell..body shaming jokes and unprofessionalism at its best. When time comes regarding your work the manager wont support you when needed.Just shifting the blame games in the company. They behaviour of the top level follows to the lowest level in the company. Too much of micromanagement kills creativity of the employes. Instilling fear in people because of shouting on employs doesn't make you gain respect for them. For top management to make note of.

Everything from the top management to training and mid level of the company is a joke. The India sales head was a joke and did not have even the most basic skill of spoken skills. They considered the company as their own and worked as if they have got it as dowry from their parents. HR vertical works like crap and is more interested in the personal life of people. The company does not looks at performance but who is wearing what and who likes whom. They should be ashamed of being an MNC who works like a government organization with lethargic work environment. An MNC where the HR head and India sales head are bothered about the small dress of girls and the personal life's of who walks along with whom. They are the ones who create gossip and spread false things about the young boys and girls. The mid level management is fighting amongst themselves and the boot lickers in mid level management get all the unwanted attention as they use their tongues well to wipe the dirt of the shoes of the people in command. The worst part, is people are never given a chance to explain themselves.
