Truely nothing impressive I had lost my previous job so joined them and made my life's biggest mistake

Typical LALA Company, Starting from MD to HR none have worked outside this organization thus they think they are the best like living in a fool's paradise. No Policy Process in place all family members are Directors whether they are skilled or not. HR department never existed all things run on whimsies and fancies of the MD. They can change your appointment letter after 9 months of joining stating there was a mistake in claims, no proper PF or ESI submission happens total fraud. Striving on bribe & political connections thats all.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). Can anyone suggest?
