It was really very nice experience working with SI Group. Although it is a American Group, Indian management was really very helpful, innovative, very disciplined and caring. Over all the great company where i worked.

Good organization, safety contol is good for eg New safety equipments, contols like sil 3 , also they think about Environment

Training about plant not conduct,products related problem if we want to share but no any platform to discuss

My Manger & global Role

Dislikes

High level of bureaucracy in India. Global role new employees end up working 12 hours as they one hand asked employee to come in 8-5 shift & another side assume to coordinate with US/UK people. Very old school mentality & not at all dynamic in India. Purely for IT department.
