Unrealistic vision.( Feku Master) "Too much kaan ki kancha" Management bahut zayda jhut bolta hai. Immature & inexperienced Management. Zero experience in Construction. Management like PMPC employees.

There is nothing to like about this organisation except the fact that your job searching ability will be enthused a hundred times.

...an increment, no matter how long and how efficiently you serve the organisation. They always find a way to make a deduction from your salary.

... Ill feelings to the sub-ordinate who does not belongs to the owner's community. Poor salary structure. Do politics with the staff. Working environment is not good.
