The work life balance provided is really commendable. The supervisor never calls after office hours(if not a real emergency). No need to crib about leaves, can be availed easily. Directors are quite down to earth

1. Babu culture company 2. There is too gossips in the company & few top management like this. 3. Hire & Fire. Top most company for same day fire policy without no reason. 4. No HR policy. They are just like brought up Toys. 5. HRs are also not safe for fire. 6. There was one manager maned subhajit Batabyal (feku the great), No dressing sense, poor technical knowledge, great for oiling management back. 7.
