I like working here as the culture is amazing and developers friends are very friendly, The Reporting manager helps me allocate the job and I complete it at the day end. Arijit Sir who is the CEO is also very friendly to us.

Dislikes

Office is little far away but I earlier used to work in condor so okay for me. They also provide the bus faiclity!

Only the infrastructure is good however the head of SFT is very partial and also very unpredictable

Developers are burden with too many projects Sales team is always in pressure Project managers are useless and projects get delivered in time CEO is incapable of anything and only knows how to insult and pressurise

The company Shyam Future Techwill not grow until Arijit Paul heads them. An experienced candidate should not join this company. Thanks to Shyam Steel's investment, they are funding Office building, space, HR salaries and other benfits otherwise SFT would not have survived yet. Arijit Paul knows nothing except shouting at their employees.

Only the furnitures are good. Except that everything is worst. Politics makes it a living hell.

Dislikes

Work politics, misbehavior, very very long work hour and excessive work pressure, incompetent managers with no technical knowledge. Always trying to ruin your carrier. They will not clear you BGV easily. Making hard to leave once you get in.

I have never seen a more unprofessional organization before. They make every guarantee before you join that you will have a good work culture and atmosphere here. However, the reality is rather different. They place extra mental strain on employees, mistreat with them and eventually the employee resigns as a result of this pressure. HR and other higher authorities are quite rude. I would advise you not to join this company.
