Very Good Management. Flexibility in working hours. On time salary. Regular trainings and personality development programs. Job security. Motivation to employees. Human touch in business which is really very good. Top management is intreractive with junior and middle management .

Dislikes

A bit issue with job profile. A person who is looking for safety, also responsible for coordination and checking of invoices/bills of entire region. Which is really not matching with each other. Salary range is not ok as per MNC.

Company culture is good, Policy is available for everything. Everyone is supporting . Work from home+ site visit given a lot of experience of multiple industries .

Salary part need to improve. Provide youth chance to go in abroad for better growth.

The company calculates the salary time, but the money for traveling outside is not given quickly, after ten days, as if you upload the report in a day, in the same way, in two or three days, the officers get the money for traveling outside. If it is more, then there is no need for them, it will come anytime, but the technician does not have to pay much, if his express is given to him in two or three days, then the company is very, very good.

1. No family life/personal life 2.multi tasks 3.you can't do your own KRA 4.Safety is for just company advertisements 5.all SOP'S are just for name sake 6. Timings are not flexible 7. work in holidays also 8. Key to success is Buttering in company 9. If you ask your rights they will remove you 10. Spend own money to run plant for some times and claim later 11.0% job security 12. They will ask you other works and kra time your kra will be zero 13 . No transportation 14. No canteen 15. For name sake only MNC company 16. Don't trust gogle ads blindly 17. Plant also have fear to use own cylinders 18.Safety officer is only for statutory purpose 19. Gas plant but works are going by without work permit 20. Dangerous working environment 21. They will remove when you start work on own KRA only Note : if you want work satisfaction/personal/family life please think and join in this company
