Working was fine. Consultants are good and knowledgable people. Problems i faced was salary. They told they will give 30k ( fresher mbbs) but then gave 9000 rs cheque. Didn't ever inform that 21k will be cut as deposit. I left after 2 months as i got md admission. But was paid only 9k for 2 months. Almost equal to taxi fare which I required for coming and going.

...environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent.they give good salary.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

This hospital has been catering patients for a long time. Last 15 years the infrastructure is the same! Work culture is very imposing on anyone who is sincere. They will squeeze hard working people with unreasonable demands. In order to work out medical services at affordable prices, they have compromised on whole lot of areas of patient care. No long term vision, no job security! Happy that I left this toxic place

Working with this private sector I learnt hard truth about today's Healthcare practices. Entire system depends on essential, emergency care and not on improving quality of care as the crowd seeking services is marginal society. Usually consultants are free to decide whether or not patients given full care or better be referred. No target set for opd or revenue.

Dislikes

Being a privately run by few individuals, there is lack of vision for bringing up any Speciality as a centre of excellence especially pediatrics. There is no system to train nurses regularly. As a result majority are poorly skilled and lack communication skills. Management is always after money flow and exercise zero will to improve infrastructure, patient care.. They rely on age old method of referrals from peripheral doctors and not concentrating on marketing digitally, online advertising.

Staff are good at work with efficient qualities.

Dislikes

No initial notice if they want us to leave the job. Salary is not worth our work. A lot partiality happens between each and every staff by the management.
