The worst company ever i have worked with. HR doesn't know what to do. Can someone imagine a HR sitting in their cabin with a book making notes on when and how much an employee is taking break. The people is good at manipulation. The motto of SIS is "COME LET US RUIN YOUR LIFE" GREATEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE IS JOINING THIS CHAPRASI COMPANY.

Nothing to like there. If you are a chamcha then it's the best place to work there. There is a person PINKURAM who thinks he is the BOSS of the company and most of the time he misbehaves with their teammates.

Dislikes

The main thing is when you are about to log out they will send an email to you to work on this, client who wants to clear this and IT IS URGENT. Their main thing is to how to stick their employee in the office after the shift ends. No supportive HR no Supportive Manager.

I just like one thing My TL has lack of knowledge of Account Receivable process and I was wondering how he reached that position. If you ask him a query related to work he will give an advice completely unrelated to your query any tried to finish the conversation. If you are complete fresher in RCM you will be celebrating other wise you will be suffocating.

If you raised a concern to the management level They will not listen to you and make you complete your daily target by any how. But good thing is this they won’t check what have you done, because lack of knowledge.

Manager has less knowledge about RCM more knowledge about administration. Owner of the company has dominated attitude. Not thinking about company growth always think how she satisfied her ego 🤣

everything, they don't have any rules, they make their own rules which is totally infesible to a normal human being, every single employee out of total of 10 or 12 people out there is frustrated over there, they make international outgoing calls to healthcare insurances but they don't have license to do that, they keep patient's confidential data with them but they are not HIPPA certified to keep such sensitive records
