Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

I worked there about 2 months i could not see any good quality. Firstly they hired me i moved to Allahabad with all my stuff and after one month they even didn't provide me training, they fired me saying they have financial problems. If a company have financial crisis they would have known very ealier before they hired me. I was very upset bcz they just fired me after one month hiring. But things happen for good reason I guess.

Dislikes

Very bad work culture. Boss listen to only his favorite employees and make all decisions according to their reporting. There is no any employees voice over there. They put very strict restrictions on employees once they enter work premises.

Worst company...his owner so called professor use to torcher his employee .. literally he beats employees Murga banata hai....he is fully Hitler.....
