The company does not provide any payment details. Payment is not made on time.MD trusts only old staff.the new staff does not understand anything boared & frustrated staff and workers continue to work in it.because of that the work output is not getting. There is no facility to increase payment.the company does not provide any facility.only work work and work no diwali bonus but also no appriciation. The company does not pay the employees who left the company and its MD and account does not reply to the calls and messages of the employees.

Compensation is decent. But growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometime. I have to work 12-14 hours straight is a day as I have to attend client call in her evening and sometimes late into the night

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
