Everything was bad there dont even know the meaning of word professionalism

...m the higher management. She asked me to send the documnet of your previous org. on whatsapp & after sharing the docs she told me that your salary was on higher side so it will take 1-2 days but i have told her i am ok for the salary which you are offering as my channel is changing. She said ok i will tell the managment & kept me on waiting. Than i don’t know what happened i called her many times the next day but she was not picking even cut my call by telling will call you later on message but till no call back received till now. Than she texxted me back on whatsapp by ‘vo nahi maan rahe’ well, oh i did not know what happened when you have to give job to sifarishi one than why said ok to me & giving excuses of package. Is this the professionlism? Well i recomment ambition & naukri portal pls dont publish their ads as you will also loose your trust from youe customers as well. This was the worst interview i had gone through so kindly check my review before going there. Thanks

Very good company but they not give hike to previous employer of company...Means bonus and appraisal is not good hike they give

Appraisal I was get 4 rating .But I will get hike in my package only for 14 k.....It's not good ....I was working very hard . But still they just hike mi only 14 k

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and the give good salary hike every year.

Shibham housing is a comfortable atmospharing company where every employee knows about his rights and liabilities. There have more things for learning about corporate industries. Job satisfaction here and professionally atmoshphere. Timely growth every employees time to time. Online Training activities available per month for every employees. For carrier growth to higher on This company. Over all shubham is shub (lucky) for every employee. I have great experience in this company and working here I feel proud and happy with job life.

Salary not increase expected instead of designation but designation every year changed per employee .

... Very pethatic condition of IT team. They are not resolved any issue within TAT. Employee Insurance deduct from employee salary. HR gives same salary to a Fresher and to a 3 year experiance person. When a branch team win a cash price in contest than Higher level person hold the branch amount. In the company Higher authority person gives Good salary increments to only relative employees. And Annual bounce of Credit team members only 10K.
