We need to work from monday to saturday like donkey, but still they don't give salary according to that. They want work to be done on time and in a proper format but when it comes to salary they make excuses. People here are more interested in other's task, they don't have any interest in their assigned task. I thought there will be career opportunities in this organization but till date i have seen cons only. Whether it is a matter of salary or work culture.

Totally unprofessionally managed organisation.No one job is secured here.Work culture is very bad. Better stay unemployed and search for good organisation than to work here. Only thing is they have good customer base.
