I like working with shubham because of every journey and every work is different. Also different machines to be examine. Every time new challenges to be perform as per work order. New Testing are learning. Where it used and how to used these machines are examine. These all things are I like very much.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. Also this company is very small. So future is not secure. Job security is not promised. Sallery is very low. I have handle all things labour,office,reports ,testing equipment,testing performance on site. But Sallery is not good.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Subham enterprises has a bond with other mnc companies in it sector and automobile and manufacturing companies.They have sent their employees to work in other companies and learnt in that companies.
