I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

A lot to learn. - Cool working environment, with simple company structure. -Direct access to Top management. - Capacity to take decision on your own. - Great sense of freedom (only if you are good at your work) -Equality among employees, even the cleaner guy is well treated here. and no one is allowed to ill-treat anyone. - Preference to employee self respect over client. YES , sounds unbelievable but I am allowed to say NO to a customer if he/she behaves rudely. (This is rare feature in any company and worth mentioning here)

Dislikes

I cant complain because the company has stood with me during my tough times. In any other company I would be asked to leave because I had to be absent for a long duration due to personal issues. It is rare to get that kind of support.
