... are very rude and misbehaved. every month 5 to 6 employee join and leaving job. mutiple task, no facility provide but very strict about their rules no extra time bonus but for late deducted salary .Management is only to bully and torcher staff.

They didn't support during COVID Lockdown, Salary deductions are happening till now (Dec2020) also and no job security for staff, very poor culture amongst staff, Management also believes on fake and untrue information they hear around them. overall it should not be considered for working. I would rate it 0/100

Renuka Mathur she’s a hell lady most irritating and non cooperative lady she behaves like she is the owner of the company. All people’s in the organisation are far better but she is the garbage in the organisation. It’s very hard to survive there for a boy .

One of the best organisation in India. All the managers, all the staff, all the co-workers, all the directors are co-operative helpful and humble. If you want to learn something and looking an opportunity to grow in healthcare industry you can contact Shroff eye center.

Atmosphere is very good, and safe for girls. And Directors are too good. I love the fact that I am a part of Shroff eye centre. I like employee re hire policy here.

Sometimes, I have to work 12-13 hours straight in a day.
