There is always less pay and the management thinks they are showering employees with money.. and they buy expensive cars despite pandemic and not giving raise on time.

Likes

I like that there are constant projects flowing in and there is work even in tough times. Management makes sure that there is enough work for everyone. Policy of the company is fair. Job security is in question nowadays, everywhere.

Dislikes

The salary structure is such that they pay you enough that you do not leave the company. There is no constant pay rising. People do deserve increments in time for the efforts they are putting in. Leave policy is not up to the mark. No sick leaves given by the company. Shifting to work from home environment the company refrains from providing laptops..and makes us take the entire PC. People in Mumbai have small houses, they don't have space to keep entire PCs, and ergonomics of the body is disturbed. Company needs to understand this.

The company is giving individual project responsibility, this is the best policy to increase the success levels in projects.all the seniors are cooperative and they are always ready to give the supports.

Dislikes

Sometimes the traveling facilities has arranged by our own self.
