Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I like that there are constant projects flowing in and there is work even in tough times. Management makes sure that there is enough work for everyone. Policy of the company is fair. Job security is in question nowadays, everywhere.

Dislikes

The salary structure is such that they pay you enough that you do not leave the company. There is no constant pay rising. People do deserve increments in time for the efforts they are putting in. Leave policy is not up to the mark. No sick leaves given by the company. Shifting to work from home environment the company refrains from providing laptops..and makes us take the entire PC. People in Mumbai have small houses, they don't have space to keep entire PCs, and ergonomics of the body is disturbed. Company needs to understand this.
