No, Am I not agree to do jobs in Shriramlife insurance company as Assistant Area Manager & other Payroll. Company Model is not bad but its culture is very poor.

According to work its salary is very poor,also Middle Management , IT & HR not good because after EXIT Form not issued Full & Final & reliving letter. After resignation not a single call made by HR for know reason of resignation. so, its reason I dislike about work..

The only thing I like about Shriram Life insurance is the good incentive and the salary package. That’s it.

The job satisfaction is very poor. I don’t even like to walk there and the top management is very rude and very arrogant. They don’t even understand the situation of an employees few days ago. My father was very serious in the hospital. I have informed the authority that I am taking leave. It was total of five days of leave. Even after I informed, even after I told him that it was an emergency. My father‘s condition is not good. Still there spoke to me very rudely and very arrogantly. Fine, they told me to resign. I mean family emergencies should be considered as Reasonable right thinking to join Shriram Life insurance. I would suggest them to not join if you are totally focused and experienced in life insurance industry. If you have business, if you have clients then okay, you can go for it, but still, you will face such situations.

... If my father is not well they are telling to get the sell from family members. They have told that If I sell the product the my family member then I will get my salary otherwise not see this is the company which is not at all employee centric it is only about their reputation and in terms of their reputation that are cheating their customers. So do not believe in this company please believe a trusted one.

Work culture here is pretty flexible which allows people to work at their own pace and conviniece. Company is not very aggresive in nature and has indeed helped all their junior and mid level employees by providing full compensation during lockdown. When it comes to management, they are bit shaken after covid...making drastic changes which is not welcomed by many.

Dislikes

Weak management. Worst paymaster in the industry and despite this they foucs immenly on cost cutting. Poor office infrastructure (branhces) expect the head office.

...tly. No appraisal this year. Compensation should be more as per work and labour. Very less salary.
