i like working in dcm but i dislike the behaviour of officers which are play politics with employees

no growth no salary according to experience of a employee, no growth,no future,and also bad behaviour of officers and communication is also bad

The company culture is really awesome, work-life balance is good enough ,,you have ample of time for your family. Organisations provides job security to employees and provide opportunities for skill development too.

Dislikes

Company needs to work on salary and perks and need to decrease hierarchy level there are two many designation,HR department need to work on it.

...environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they give salery hike and not bonus every year.

- Work life Balance - Consider employees as human not just a resource - Healthy working environment - Promoters are trying to better the company culture and make a shift towards modern corporate culture practices

Dislikes

- HR department is too conservative in their approach, need to be a little flexible - no work from home policy; alternative working Saturday's - decision making takes a lot of time due to involvement of multiple stakeholders, leading to slower pace work culture which gets frustrating sometimes

Nothing special only politics and egoistic No one wants to hear the new explanation from their support network?

Reporting is done to a boss who does not have the knowledge of the work, nor does he have the degree for the work, and has a very high ego.
