The company never gives mental stress to there employees. The work culture is good. Apart from the company policy. My boss always taught us the lessons of life. How to deal with professional & personal life. There is no hire & fire policy in the company if you are an hard worker. I also like the re-hire policy of the company.

Compensation is very less & growth is also very slow. There is no internal training programs for the employees. There is too much chaplusi done by some persons of senior members due to which the worth keeping person never uplift by the company.

Working in shriram general insurance company is a good experience for me, To work in friendly environment, good and supportive teammates. Good chances of career growth.job security is guaranteed, if one can works sincerely and properly.One can use his innovative thoughts in easy way,one can be a good learner here.
