...r increasing group companies profit. So employees are under tremendous pressure. Salary is very low comparing to Industry standard. They are forcefully making employees buy there LI policies which is high priced.

There is nothing good about SGI.

No professionalism, zero career growth, compensation and benefits are no where in this company, there is no work security you can be fired anytime without any reason.

Great company to work for. Immense bonding between all the employees and support provided by seniors is awesome. Freedom to work for your territory is another which I liked the most.

Work life balance and salary are an area of concern.

...stick time with Shri ram life insurance company. The policy of company was good. But every time they was changed in employee ' s policy ( like - salary, remuration, and making unnecessary tragat pressure....etc.) and terms and conditions was not good....But overall time was good.

Company growth is high rate. So job security is very high . Excellent traning and advanced technology

...to stress and imbalance. Difficulty in tracking and obtaining incentives fairly. Salary packages do not align with the amount and quality of work expected.
