Working in shriram general insurance company is a good experience for me, To work in friendly environment, good and supportive teammates. Good chances of career growth.job security is guaranteed, if one can works sincerely and properly.One can use his innovative thoughts in easy way,one can be a good learner here. Work-life balance is superb here. Overall experience is good for me here.

Dislikes

The two things I dislike most here, first Dirty politics and secondly there is lesser salary is providing here which is not good for anyone career growth.

...r increasing group companies profit. So employees are under tremendous pressure. Salary is very low comparing to Industry standard. They are forcefully making employees buy there LI policies which is high priced.

The company never gives mental stress to there employees. The work culture is good. Apart from the company policy. My boss always taught us the lessons of life. How to deal with professional & personal life. There is no hire & fire policy in the company if you are an hard worker. I also like the re-hire policy of the company.

Compensation is very less & growth is also very slow. There is no internal training programs for the employees. There is too much chaplusi done by some persons of senior members due to which the worth keeping person never uplift by the company.

...stick time with Shri ram life insurance company. The policy of company was good. But every time they was changed in employee ' s policy ( like - salary, remuration, and making unnecessary tragat pressure....etc.) and terms and conditions was not good....But overall time was good.

Company growth is high rate. So job security is very high . Excellent traning and advanced technology

...to stress and imbalance. Difficulty in tracking and obtaining incentives fairly. Salary packages do not align with the amount and quality of work expected.
