...ining they start hirasment and issue PIP and state head forcing for resignation. If manager not ready to given resignation so State head and HR holding salary, not marking attendance. If managers ready to give resignation after so many hirasment so HR and State Head not ready to give notice period to manager and relive same day.

Good work environment but culture and immediate superior behavior and talking is worse.Overall company is good but in the hand of bad immediate superiors

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is ok but career growth is slow and incentives will be shared within top management only.On the job training is not given to new joinees.Manager are not treated as manager there.

Fraud Management Cheating Agents Customers. Full of family relationship Employees, only They will grow. Remaining how much you work also no recognition. No career. No company support To Sales team at HYDERABAD Region only politics. Consuming Alchohol and will come to Office and Meetings Fraud Management They are looting Company money by claiming fake bills. And will not work. Simply will spoil Employees career. You should not ask and raise question on those things, They will target you and mark Attendance Absent. And will give false report to Management. State Head will come to office by consuming Alchohol and for Meeting Dail. He is close relative of South Head. Fraud guy simply taking salary Sitting at home.
