...the wrong thing of senior means you're not respected a senior and blahh blahh. Salary is very low in very designation which leads to low growth career opportunities. HR never asks you about anything neither they help you when you need there help. Many times they don't pick the call. At the end of the month you have to go office even on the sunday too which makes me very annoying.

Full time system user, learn computer skills and mailing more response in documents etc...

Salary is very to comparing other similar company's and work time is worst (doesn't following the time they mentioned)

...omotion. You have to work more with team without getting anything from company. Shriram giving morning 7am to night 9pm works for they are giving 8k salary. No promotion letters, No improvements legally, Work under hectic pressure. I got promoted 1year before as a manager, till now I din get any official promotion letter. And i forgot to share one thing, they gave 3700rs as petrol allowances per month but you have to spend minimum 6000rs only for your petrol consumption. Apart from that you have to service the vehicle, tire changing in your own cost. Think before joining in shriram city union finance. There is no likes in this company

...THING! NO JOB SECURITY. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ANY KIND OF EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION. THEY JUST HIRE YOU AT FREAKIN LOW SALARIES AND PRESSURISE YOU DO THE JOBS OF OTHER SENIORS OF THE BRANCH AS WELL. THEY ACTUALLY HARASS THEIR EMPLOYEES. AND IF YOU COMPLAINT ABOUT ALL THIS TO THE HR DEPARTMENT THE SENIORS JUST FIRE YOU. WORST EXPERIENCE AND WORST COMPANY ENVIRONMENT. SENIORS ABUSE IN GENERAL LIKE THEY ARE SITTING AT THEIR FARMHOUSE OR SOMETHING. #EMPLOYEEHARASSEMENT #UPWESTZONE #UKREGION #RUDRAPURBRANCH
