If you join as operations employee you will get low salary and have to work as a sales person on your own petrol and other expenses

Toxic environment they always says that if you did not do that particular work which is assigned to you which is also not your work we will show you the way to get out of company If they want remove a employee they start pressurising that particular employee and then in new month opening they told you. You are under performing and it is auto exit in which they stop letting sign you attendance register and remove your biometric details as well so you will believe that you have auto exited the they told you If you give resign we will take care that you will get proper receiving

Best Working culture, seniors very supportive, friendly, lots of learning, we get a chance to explore ourself, lots of opportunities for learning new things. Equal treatment. Treating as one family.

...nough per year but salary increment is poor. it does not meet our requirements . Salary hike very low.

Low salary, torcher, no growth, any movement position downfall, no office timings, no holidays ( holidays only formalities purpose, including Sunday also) Some supiriors worst behaviour & mentality, no job guarantee.

If you're a fresher , then you can learn a lot of things there to get experience. You will be familiar with many financial products.

Dislikes

...the wrong thing of senior means you're not respected a senior and blahh blahh. Salary is very low in very designation which leads to low growth career opportunities. HR never asks you about anything neither they help you when you need there help. Many times they don't pick the call. At the end of the month you have to go office even on the sunday too which makes me very annoying.
