Nothing i recommend to the youngsters to not join the company.

Dislikes

No work life balance, even Sundays and festivals are working days too. Less salary. Too much of unwanted meetings and meaningless calls from the team leaders and higher othorities. Multitasking is the another headache . Have to work for too many products for single salary and never ask about incentives , they don't provide , they only promise the incentives in interview . Uneducated higher authorities seen in the organization. They even don't know how to talk or support the freshers. After leaving the company they are not provided the realiving letter too it's been 5 months I resigned my job

If you have good attitude you will enjoy for few months. So many targets and goals for your salary expectations.

1.Mobile application is not good. 2.Heavy pressure and low salary. 3. Lot of politics inside the team. 4. Very rude higher managers.

Its only good for experience gaining. Their is no holidays on sunday no timeing bad bheviour of seniours and too less salary as compare to other company they will not provide you your hometown

The company is good, it gives opportunities to fresher employee's.

After speaking of company incentives, they do not give incentives and also increase salary. Takes time and policy is not as good as compared to other company

Shriram City union finance is one of the best company.In this company job,work culture,management and company policy are best than other financial company.nice company
