Increment % are little less, Slow career growth , I, personally, never get any promotions after working in almost every department., But other ppl I have seen getting good promotions., Sometimes,late working hours, even on sundays. But I really enjoyed working there, some + - will always there in any company so no grudges.

Fully supported at lockdown period.., timely salary credit is one of the consistent feature of this company which is maintained in pandemic time too. Work culture is good here , Very helpful managers. Family like atmosphere in office Very good for ladies, safe, helps to keep home n work balance Good start up for freshers, I was joined as fresher and worked for 6long years.

Salary appraisals are lil lower., My promotion were never happened due to frequent departmental transfers. But I have seen many people's promotion here.,

Not encouraging environment. Always put pressure on completing targets, Managers scolding employees. No team outing, no stress free environment. They sets high targets. Month end pressure is too high. Collection pressure is also high.

...ers. Asking repeatedly documents. Unknowingly They will mark Absent Attendance. And will deduct salary. To Sales Team. They will enjoy the psychoisam by doing all those activity. Fraud Management Cheating Agents Customers. Full of family relationship Employees, only They will grow. Remaining how much you work also no recognition. No career. No company support To Sales team at HYDERABAD Region only politics. Consuming Alchohol and will come to Office and Meetings Fraud Management They are looting Company money by claiming fake bills. And will not work. Simply will spoil Employees career. You should not ask and raise question on those things, They will target you and mark Attendance Absent. And will give false report to Management. State Head will come to office by consuming Alchohol and for Meeting Dail. He is close relative of South Head. Fraud guy simply taking salary Sitting at home.

If have you have strong connection only then you will get promoted other wise you have to work on same salary. A branch team leader in my working duration, worked 8 year at 25000 salary only. Just because of management's political nature. Work environment is not good for employees, Work time is not fixed.
