Some of the advice not listen completely and in bonus part the bonus is given on Diwali festival which they already deduct from our CTC and given the to us.i.e. our money is given to us on occasion of Diwali.which is not acceptable.

...ly atmosphere, Seniors are very supportive, Good growth chances for performer. Good salary payer with everyyear good hike on performance basis. Everyone is reachable at any point of time. Overall excellent conpany to work through out the life.

There is good learning. You will get good knowledge about vehicle funding and recovery management. Good job security. Senior management is very helpful and sometimes they go out of their way to help employees.

Compensation is very bad. They need to involve more technology in day to day business to increase their efficiency. Sometimes Sundays are working days. That should be compensated with comp offs.

No company support To Sales team at HYDERABAD Region only politics. Consuming Alchohol and will come to Office and Meetings Fraud Management They are looting Company money by claiming fake bills. And will not work. Simply will spoil Employees career. You should not ask and raise question on those things, They will target you and mark Attendance Absent. And will give false report to Management. State Head will come to office by consuming Alchohol and for Meeting Dail. He is close relative of South Head. Fraud guy simply taking salary Sitting at home.

If have you have strong connection only then you will get promoted other wise you have to work on same salary. A branch team leader in my working duration, worked 8 year at 25000 salary only. Just because of management's political nature. Work environment is not good for employees, Work time is not fixed.
