...omotion. You have to work more with team without getting anything from company. Shriram giving morning 7am to night 9pm works for they are giving 8k salary. No promotion letters, No improvements legally, Work under hectic pressure. I got promoted 1year before as a manager, till now I din get any official promotion letter. And i forgot to share one thing, they gave 3700rs as petrol allowances per month but you have to spend minimum 6000rs only for your petrol consumption. Apart from that you have to service the vehicle, tire changing in your own cost. Think before joining in shriram city union finance. There is no likes in this company

...will safe gaurd his Relatives. With out intimation will mark Attendance Absent. And will deduct salary for Employees in Hyderabad Region. Use and Throw, Culture. Will not give confirmation to sales Team Handling life insurance sector Division.

...ers. Asking repeatedly documents. Unknowingly They will mark Absent Attendance. And will deduct salary. To Sales Team. They will enjoy the psychoisam by doing all those activity. Fraud Management Cheating Agents Customers. Full of family relationship Employees, only They will grow. Remaining how much you work also no recognition. No career. No company support To Sales team at HYDERABAD Region only politics. Consuming Alchohol and will come to Office and Meetings Fraud Management They are looting Company money by claiming fake bills. And will not work. Simply will spoil Employees career. You should not ask and raise question on those things, They will target you and mark Attendance Absent. And will give false report to Management. State Head will come to office by consuming Alchohol and for Meeting Dail. He is close relative of South Head. Fraud guy simply taking salary Sitting at home.

If have you have strong connection only then you will get promoted other wise you have to work on same salary. A branch team leader in my working duration, worked 8 year at 25000 salary only. Just because of management's political nature. Work environment is not good for employees, Work time is not fixed.

No work life balance, even Sundays and festivals are working days too. Less salary. Too much of unwanted meetings and meaningless calls from the team leaders and higher othorities. Multitasking is the another headache . Have to work for too many products for single salary and never ask about incentives , they don't provide , they only promise the incentives in interview . Uneducated higher authorities seen in the organization. They even don't know how to talk or support the freshers. After leaving the company they are not provided the realiving letter too it's been 5 months I resigned my job

... politics.will give more pressure but should not give any leave.even in sunday.if your customer did not pay his bill you should pay his emi instead of him.even in sease and sold file (asset sold case).if you have more money or if you are willing to pay another person emi you can join this Shriram finance company limited.and enjoy with them and their politics
