during lockdown period company pressurize for EMI recovery. even back office staff was suppose to engage in recovery. when every body was thinking about survival we were pressurizing our customer to repay the loan EMI. very irresponsible behavior by the company toward the customers.

I am the ex-employee of Shriram transport finance co. Ltd... Recently I rejoined Shriram because of their familiar working environment. Shriram always care about his employees.

No bonus or incentives for the employee who have not completed 2 years in the company

Fraud Management Cheating Agents Customers. Full of family relationship Employees, only They will grow. Remaining how much you work also no recognition. No career. No company support To Sales team at HYDERABAD Region only politics. Consuming Alchohol and will come to Office and Meetings Fraud Management They are looting Company money by claiming fake bills. And will not work. Simply will spoil Employees career. You should not ask and raise question on those things, They will target you and mark Attendance Absent. And will give false report to Management. State Head will come to office by consuming Alchohol and for Meeting Dail. He is close relative of South Head. Fraud guy simply taking salary Sitting at home.

If have you have strong connection only then you will get promoted other wise you have to work on same salary. A branch team leader in my working duration, worked 8 year at 25000 salary only. Just because of management's political nature. Work environment is not good for employees, Work time is not fixed.
