...ing There is lots of miscommunication and lies told in induction training aboit company which is totally false when joining salary is too low for management Trainee also there is force fully pressure for target and business if able to do then they forced you to resign even you are in learning phase and probation Basically hire as an Management Trainee but treated as like junior executives

Best Working culture, seniors very supportive, friendly, lots of learning, we get a chance to explore ourself, lots of opportunities for learning new things. Equal treatment. Treating as one family.

...nough per year but salary increment is poor. it does not meet our requirements . Salary hike very low.

If you join this company as a Management Trainee then after 1 year they will absorve you at any managerial position.

Politics Less educated managers with traditional and narrow mindset Very less pay No proper promotion Long working hrs Sometimes you have to work on Sunday also

The only thing that I like is Review process taken by ZBH. Apart from this nothing else.

.... They torcher u a lot by using abusive language. Compensation is also not good. Differences between gross and net salary is huge but big reason not to join stfc is partiality...

Only the insurance products .. and one more things i like that is FD/RD . It is the very high intrest to give ..when you're to compare other nbfc or bank ..

Management, work life balance, salary, most of the time sunday's are working day .. here is no holiday .. work pressure is lots ..
