...ing There is lots of miscommunication and lies told in induction training aboit company which is totally false when joining salary is too low for management Trainee also there is force fully pressure for target and business if able to do then they forced you to resign even you are in learning phase and probation Basically hire as an Management Trainee but treated as like junior executives

If you join this company as a Management Trainee then after 1 year they will absorve you at any managerial position.

Politics Less educated managers with traditional and narrow mindset Very less pay No proper promotion Long working hrs Sometimes you have to work on Sunday also

No Any special Bonus And Insentive for employee still his Confirmation done.That confirmation Not Happen Automatically 1 year going but my still not done.No Time Limit For Working Only Coming time Is Fixed But Office end time Not followed by here with higher authority pressure
