...ining they start hirasment and issue PIP and state head forcing for resignation. If manager not ready to given resignation so State head and HR holding salary, not marking attendance. If managers ready to give resignation after so many hirasment so HR and State Head not ready to give notice period to manager and relive same day.

Low salary, torcher, no growth, any movement position downfall, no office timings, no holidays ( holidays only formalities purpose, including Sunday also) Some supiriors worst behaviour & mentality, no job guarantee.

If you want to start career in vehicle finance sector then this is the best company to join and take experience but after 2-3 years switch to another company with good package..

Marketing Channel (Department) Your HR and Senior Manager Will Decide About Your Attendance, You Are Not Allowed To Mark Attendance, HR mark You absent or LOP and deduct salary if leave is more than 1 Day. Even Lot's Of Politics, Only Pressure For Life Insurance, No Incentive If Life Insurance Target Not Achieved, No Incentive On Fixed Deposit Even you do crore and crore, No Fuel Expenses, Employee are still fighting for Fuel Expenses and Incentive on Fixed deposit on marketing channel. You Are not allowed for Loan Product Only Investment and insurance you have to focus. Decide and come.
